About the event
Suitable for all ages, shapes, abilities and genders.
Sessions are outdoors and in keeping with up to date Covid guidelines with social distancing.
Sessions are help in the GREEN PARK (childrens play area with the green railings) behind Dorchester Court EVERY SUNDAY.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a water bottle and towl or exercise mat if you have one.
